Applications Now Being Accepted for Virginia Fund Scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the Virginia Fund Scholarship, which is open to all freshman women at Finlandia University. The scholarship, typically $250-500 is awarded based on academic achievement and contribution to campus life. Applications Open for Samuel L. Westerman Scholarship for Nursing

Nursing students heading into their junior or senior year with a GPA between 3.00 to 3.49 may be eligible for the Samuel L. Westerman Scholarship for Nursing. Application deadline for the scholarship is Wednesday, March 11.

The amount of scholarships and money awarded will depend on the quantity and quality of applications. Students who want to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year, and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.

Healthy Hearts Event with Mont Ripley Discount Days are back February 22-23

The Finlandia University Wellness Committee is excited to announce the annual Healthy Hearts Event with Mont Ripley Discount Days for students and employees of the university will be on February 22-23.

Tickets for the day will be $15 for skiing/snowboarding and $15 ski/snowboard rentals. Tubing tickets will cost $10. Lessons can be purchased for $10.
