Leading the Pride learns about becoming your own hero with Schwartzen Précil (‘17)

Leading the Pride kicks off 2020 with Management and Entrepreneurship alumnus Schwartzen Précil (‘17). Located in Buffalo,NY, Précil is currently a site director at the Boys and Girls Club of America.On campus, Précil was a member of the men’s basketball team, helped students as a resident assistant, assisted with orientation as an orientation leader and led the Black Student Union as president. Taking into account his life experiences and using his on-campus leadership experiences,  Précil recently wrote and published a book titled Be Your Own Hero: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities. In this episode, Précil talks about his book and what led him to write about his journey.
