Alpha Lambda Delta Inducts 14 Students in Virtual Ceremony

On March 26, 2021, 14 new members were inducted into Finlandia’s Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) chapter. The ALD is a National Honor Society for First-Year Success and to become a member, students must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher in their first semester. Finlandia Fridays Discusses Graduation 2021

This week on Finlandia Fridays, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Fredi DeYampert talks about, for some Finlandia students, the most magical moment of the year, Graduation 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the day will look different compared to a normal year, but pandemic or not, achieving a college degree is still an accomplishment worth celebrating.

Finlandia signs articulation agreement with Concordia Wisconsin School of Pharmacy

A new agreement between Concordia University Wisconsin’s School of Pharmacy and Finlandia University gives students the opportunity to obtain a bachelor’s degree and a CUW PharmD degree, and save a year of studies in the process.

115 named to FinnU Dean’s & Honors List for Fall 2020

Finlandia University is proud to announce its Fall 2020 semester Dean’s and Honors List Students. In total 115 students earned honors, including 79 who earned Dean’s List honors for having a grade point average of 3.75 or above.

To be eligible for either list students must have completed 12 or more credits and had no grade below a “C.” Dean’s List students earned a GPA of 3.75 or above, while Honors List students had a GPA between 3.50 and 3.749. Semester academic honors are not granted to students with an [...]
