Finlandia is excited to launch its new Fall 2020 web pages just in time for the new semester. Students, employees and community members can conveniently find information as it pertains to their group on the new pages. Kalevalathon is back again for another year. Join students and faculty in celebration of Kalevala Day on Friday, February 28 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Finnish American Heritage Center as they read the Finnish epic poem, the Kalevala.
Finlandia University is excited to welcome back Dana Pakulski, a 2018 alum, who is one of two Assistant Librarians at Maki Library. Pakulski received her Bachelor’s degree in English and plans to earn her Master’s degree in Library Services and Sciences.

Finlandia University’s Sulo & Aileen Maki Library is inviting the public to stop in this week for its pre-holiday book sale. The sale began Monday, November 27 and will continue until Saturday, December 2. The library’s book sale is available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
