2nd annual Kalevalathon to be held on Feb. 28

Kalevalathon is back again for another year. Join students and faculty in celebration of Kalevala Day on Friday, February 28 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Finnish American Heritage Center as they read the Finnish epic poem, the Kalevala.

Dana Pakulski, New Assistant Librarian at Maki Library

Finlandia University is excited to welcome back Dana Pakulski, a 2018 alum, who is one of two Assistant Librarians at Maki Library.  Pakulski received her Bachelor’s degree in English and plans to earn her Master’s degree in Library Services and Sciences.

Sunday, April 22 Late Night Tutoring from 7 p.m. -10 p.m. in Finlandia Hall. Get prepared for finals week with TRIO and TLC Tutors. Maki Library hosting pre-holiday book sale

Finlandia University’s Sulo & Aileen Maki Library is inviting the public to stop in this week for its pre-holiday book sale. The sale began Monday, November 27 and will continue until Saturday, December 2. The library’s book sale is available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
