Menu released for Diversity Dinner Week

All are welcome February 6-10 at Finlandia Hall Café for Diversity Dinner Week 2023!

All week, Finlandia’s student body has been submitting dishes to be considered for one of FinnU’s most loved events, Diversity Dinner. After tallying the results, Dining Services is thrilled to announce this year’s menu.

2023 Diversity Dinner cuisine options will include:

Finlandia Fridays dishes on Diversity Dinner Week

Diversity Dinner is a long-standing tradition at Finlandia that students, employees and community members alike enjoy annually. It’s a logistical feat that puts students in the kitchen, cooking up dishes from their heritage and culture that they can share with others. Wraps and salad options coming back to Finlandia Café for Spring semester

Beginning spring semester 2021, the Finlandia Hall Café will offer more meal options for students. Custom-made speciality salad and wrap options will be available, bringing back some semblance of normalcy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Finlandia Dining Hall new meal plan and food offerings

Dining services just got an upgrade

Finlandia University will have new food offering available to students at Finlandia Dining Hall and a new meal plan option for students this fall.

Based off the responses collected from a dining services survey sent out to students and staff this spring, the results prompted the dining services team to take action.

Dining Services eager for 2017-18 academic year

Tim Nakkula is back at the helm for Finlandia University Dining Services, moving back into the role of director during the summer break. In addition to Nakkula’s move, the department also welcomes new cook Tom Goldstein, food service workers Avery Neal and Terrance Fuller, and cashiers Ashley Nakkula, Kendra Baril and Clancy Tunstall.
