The 2023 Student Representative, Kaitlyn Lundeen, is a healthcare management major from Maple, Wisc. Lundeen earned a 3.92 grade point average and will be graduating Summa Cum Laude with an associate physical therapist assistant (PTA) degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and a minor in psychology.

Finlandia Fridays explore exclusive Ponsse internship for FinnU students

This week on Finlandia Fridays, marketing and management professor Kevin Manninen stopped by to talk about Finlandia’s International School of Business (ISB) and an upcoming internship opportunity for Finlandia students.

Following an announcement earlier this week, the Ponsse Einari Vidgrén Foundation Internship application period is now open. The internship, exclusive to Finlandia students, features two to three weeks each spent at Ponsse North America in Rhinelander, Wisconsin and Ponsse Plc headquarters in Vieremä, Finland, in May and June 2023.

New internship opportunity for International Business majors

Finlandia BBA students majoring or minoring in International Business now have an opportunity for a summer internship through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s new International Trade and Development Internship program. The program matches highly motivated students to companies seeking assistance in developing their export sales. The students will work for small- to medium-sized Michigan companies that are interested in or are currently exporting. Albert Hammond (’20) Joins Finlandia’s Business Office

Albert Hammond (’20) recently joined Finlandia’s Business office as an Accountant.
