Finlandia releases Scholarship Calculator

The Scholarship Calculator at Finlandia University is a fast and easy-to-use tool for any degree-seeking student looking to attend FinnU. In less than a minute, the calculator provides students with the minimum scholarship amount they will receive from Finlandia University.
In a recent feature with Finlandia’s Dean of Enrollment, Anthony Schwass shared that the scholarship calculator is for anyone. No paperwork, no FAFSA information; all you need to know is your cumulative GPA and where you’re coming from. Students, or their parents, can complete the calculator on Finlandia’s website by answering anywhere from two to six questions.
“Once it gives you your scholarship amount, you just have to wait a few seconds, and then it redirects you down the page. There you can find a bunch of potential and additional add-ons. Those add-ons are stackable with your minimum scholarship,” Schwass said.
After Finlandia’s scholarships and add-ons, students can further lower their cost of attendance with federal and state aid by filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). After which, they may even qualify for Finlandia’s Rise Together Free Full Tuition Scholarship.
“Once we get your FAFSA information, we’ll email your financial aid estimate to you within a couple of days. That’ll include all that potential aid, your big scholarship amount, and an estimate for your bottom line balance,” Schwass said. “You can then explore further options with Financial Aid and Student Accounts as you work through the rest of the admissions process.”
