FinnU Nursing to host flu shot clinic Oct. 10

Finlandia Nursing will host a flu shot clinic on Monday, October 10, from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Hirvonen Hall Gymnasium. Hancock School System and Finlandia University students, employees and family members are encouraged to attend. UP Health System Portage staff will be on-site to help administer the clinic.
Several doses of Flucelvax will be available for those with severe egg allergies. The vaccine available will be Afluria Quadrivalent. As of September 23, the most recent VIS form is available here. Please bring your insurance card and be prepared to fill out a flu authorization form. The fillable electronic form is available here. The cost for those without insurance will be $40, and a receipt will be provided.
