The Finnish American Folk School at Finlandia University has introduced a new line-up of workshops for spring and early summer. For the first time, ceramics joins music and fiber arts on the list of learning opportunities. On April 7, Finlandia’s International School of Art & Design hosted its annual reception and award ceremony for the 2022 Juried Student Exhibition. Friends, family, faculty and staff gathered at the Finlandia Reflections Gallery to view and discuss artwork submitted by students from across campus. Finlandia University Gallery Director Carrie Flaspohler presented student awards in the categories of 2D, 3D, Freshman and a Purchase Award.
