With Easter right around the corner, campus pastor Soren Schmidt visited Finlandia Fridays this week to promote the multitude of events taking place within the next month. On Thursday, November 9, nationally known and award-winning poet, Kelly Tsai, will present in the Jutila Center, Room 323, at 8 p.m, as part of the Finlandia It’s On Us event series. Tsai is an artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work as a performance poet has been featured at over 700 venues worldwide.

It’s On Us is a national campaign that was started by former Vice President Joe Biden that raises awareness for sexual assault.
