Kotilla, a comic creator and artist will share her personal experiences with crowdfunding and self-publishing. She will focus heavily how to launch a Kickstarter campaign, find a printer and prepare work for print.

About Pamela Kotilla
Kotilla graduated from Finlandia’s International School of Art & Design in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Fashion/Apparel Design and Textiles. She’s held a number of positions at various organizations throughout her career, including being an adjunct instructor at FinnU and an assistant language teacher for Hita City BOE in Japan. She also started and owned her own fashion design company, SYR+ISM. Kotila currently works as a game artist: colorist for Ododon Games.
