Students & Employees Invited to Midwinter Gathering at Jutila Center Feb. 26

Finlandia University and Michigan Tech Smartzone invite all students, faculty and staff to a Midwinter Gathering at the Lily I. Jutila Center on Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 12-2 p.m. Music and hors d’oeuvres will be provided in the lobby.

The annual celebration is an open house to showcase the facilities and celebrate all the tenants and programs that occur within the center. The Jutila Center houses Finlandia’s International School of Art & Design, Finlandia staff offices including human resources, advancement and marketing, and various tenants and small business owners.

“The Jutila Center is a unique, local hub of ingenuity,” said Finlandia coordinator of external relations Monica Freeman. “Not only does it house the MTEC Smartzone and Finlandia University’s International School of Art and Design, but over thirty businesses as well. The Midwinter Gathering allows the opportunity to meet all the wonderful people who work or attend the Jutila Center regularly in a fun, social atmosphere.”
