Dia de Muertos Meal on Nov. 3 to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
October 28, 2020On Tuesday, November 3rd, a special Dia de Muertos meal hosted by the women’s softball team will celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. The meal was delayed due to COVID-19 challenges this past month, but the good food and festive spirit will pervade!
All Finlandia students, staff, and faculty are invited for a take-out style meal, beginning at 7:15 p.m. and going through 8:15 p.m. Similar to the weekly All Means All community meals, which take place on Mondays, this special Tuesday meal will be served out of the lower level of the Chapel of St. Matthew.
There will also be a bonfire between the Hoover Center and the Chapel around the same time to kick off the Finlandia Day of Wellness on November 4.
Contact Daniella Gonzalez at gonzalez@finlandia.edu for any questions. Come, celebrate, and get some awesome food while it lasts!
