The Mobile Food Pantry is Back at the Chapel on Dec. 3

On Thursday, December 3, Finlandia University will be hosting another Mobile Food Pantry in the parking lot between Old Main and the Chapel of St. Mattew. Organized through Feeding American West Michigan, mobile food pantries help fill the gap in hunger needs in a community, by supplementing the ongoing work of local pantries with much needed fresh produce, meat, and dairy. On Tuesday, November 3rd, a special Dia de Muertos meal hosted by the women’s softball team will celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. The meal was delayed due to COVID-19 challenges this past month, but the good food and festive spirit will pervade!
