Finlandia University is proud to announce its Spring 2019 semester Dean’s and Honors List Students. In total 114 students earned honors, including 68 who earned Dean’s List honors for having a Grade Point Average of 3.75 or above.

“Technique Magnifique” is an invitational exhibition of fiber art made by local and regional artists at the
Copper Country Community Arts Center’s Kerredge Gallery through the May 4. Hannah Smith, intern and graduating senior from Finlandia University’s International School of Art & Design curated this exhibition. She sought out work that was beyond the ordinary and demonstrated a particular technique.

Fiber & Fashion Design students have the opportunity to apply for the Barbara L. Kuhlman Foundation grant, and this year three Finlandia University students were grant winners. Join the Servant Leadership House in their support of the
Barbara Kettle Gundlach Shelter Home for women and children victimized by domestic violence. From Monday, November 28 through Friday, December 2 the Servant Leadership House girls are gathering everyday supplies necessary for a smooth running operation.
There will be drop off bins at the
Maki Library, the RA Station in Finlandia Hall and the second floor of the Jutila Center. The supplies needed are extensive:
