Finlandia University has joined the University of the Arctic (UArctic), a cooperative network of higher education institutions, research institutes and other organizations across northern regions. The network focuses on research and education, building and strengthening collective resources and infrastructures that enable member institutions to better serve their constituents and their regions.

As the school year comes to a close and students finalize their summer plans, two of Finlandia University’s students, Mindy Aho and Lindsey Johnson, will be traveling abroad to study at Haaga-Heila University of Applied Sciences in Finland tuition free.
The women took advantage of one of the many international partner opportunities Finlandia has to offer to students. The summer school will have a strong focus on the topics of service, sales and entrepreneurship.
