Alpha Lambda Delta Inducts 14 Students in Virtual Ceremony

On March 26, 2021, 14 new members were inducted into Finlandia’s Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) chapter. The ALD is a National Honor Society for First-Year Success and to become a member, students must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher in their first semester. The Seaton Center for Vocation & Career is officially open

It’s a moment campus has been waiting for since the news originally broke in 2019. The Seaton Center for Vocation & Career is officially open and housed in Nikander 15. While there are still some furniture pieces coming in and decorating to be completed, the CVC is now offering services and appointment to students.

Dorst to Lead FinnU Career Services at Seaton Center for Vocation & Career

Emma Dorst has joined Finlandia as the new Director of Career Services for the new Seaton Center for Vocation and Career (CVC). Dorst has a background in helping people find jobs, which is why she’s so excited to begin helping students make the transition from their educational career to their professional career.
