Mobile Food Pantry coming to Ontonagon on April 19, 2018

Residents of Ontonagon County are invited to a Mobile Food Pantry on Thursday, April 19 beginning at 4 at Ontonagon High School. The event is being put on by Finlandia University, Ontonagon Area School District, Feeding America West Michigan and the Western U.P. Food Bank.

The Mobile Pantry will contain a variety of foods, including fresh produce. Clients will not have to show identification or proof of income to receive food. They will be required to provide basic contact information and affirm that they are in need of food. They are encouraged to bring their own boxes and carts.
