Maki Library Open House during Juhannus Mid-Summer Festival

The Sulo & Aileen Maki Library at Finlandia University will be joining in the Juhannus Mid-Summer Festival activities by holding an open house beginning Wednesday, June 21 and ending on June 28. The public is welcome to come and explore the library’s collection of early 20th century Finnish postcards, vintage Finnish travel posters and a book display featuring Finnish art and design books. There will also be a book sale with new books, ex-library books, DVDs, audiobooks and more.

The Maki library is located on the first floor of Wargelin Hall. Handicap parking available off Finn St, use library’s back entrance. The library is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call (906) 487-7252 with any questions.
