Gina Geliche Joins Admissions Team as Enrollment Officer

Gina Geliche, a recent graduate of FinnU, has joined the admissions team as an Enrollment Officer.

Geliche graduated from Finlandia University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Fiber and Fashion Design, and a minor in Finnish and Nordic Studies. Geliche was a member of the Servant Leadership House, Helsinki Slang, a Palahemio Fellow and a member of the Young Women’s Caucus for Art while a student at FinnU.

“The Copper Country is my happy place and Finlandia is where I belong,” said Geliche.

Geliche has been assigned to work with schools in lower Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, spending time at college fairs and giving presentations to students in these areas.

“You meet a ton of people, but you become familiar with names quickly,” said Geliche. “I enjoy being able to assist students through their college experience.”
