Employees offered discount on golf membership at Portage Lake Golf Course

Discounted Rate is $550

Finlandia University employees are eligible for a discounted rate at Portage Lake Golf Course for the 2019 season. The course, which is located in Houghton, is offering a discounted rate for memberships of $550. That is more than a 25 percent savings over the normal rate.

Those interested in getting a pass need to contact Director of Athletics Curtis Wittenberg. The discount is only for Finlandia employees, not family members. However, if an employee purchases a membership they can add their spouse for an additional $350 and dependents under 18 for an additional $175.

Those interested need to pay in full by Friday April 15, 2019.
