Saint-Onge named Director of Admissions

Finlandia University has named alumnus Collin Saint-Onge (’14) to the role of Director of Admissions.

“I’m excited because I hope to make an impact not only on Finlandia, but the surrounding community as well,” Saint-Onge said. “I see this as an opportunity to change the landscape of Finlandia for the better.”

Saint-Onge graduated with his Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in accounting from FinnU’s International School of Business in 2014, and began shortly after as Enrollment Officer at the university. While at Finlandia he has served in several roles including Veteran Student Coordinator, Assistant Hockey Coach, Head Golf Coach, Accountant, Payroll Specialist, Assistant Director of Admissions, and most recently he served as Interim Director of Admissions following the departure of the prior director Travis Hanson.

While moving through the ranks at Finlandia, Saint-Onge earned his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport, where he received an academic achievement award and graduated with a perfect 4.0 grade point average.

The goal moving forward for the Marquette native is to be part of the team that provides the same great experience he had as a student to future generations of Finlandia alumni.

“I had an excellent experience as a student at Finlandia, and every day I try to tell potential students about those experiences,” Saint-Onge said. “The one-on-one attention that we pride ourselves on is something I take pride in doing each and every day for potential students.”
