Applications Now Open for Samuel L. Westerman Scholarship for Nursing 2019

Deadline is March 1

Nursing students heading into their junior or senior year with a GPA between 3.00 to 3.49 may be eligible for the Samuel L. Westerman Scholarship for Nursing. Application deadline for the scholarship is Friday, March 1.

The amount of scholarships and money awarded will depend on the quantity and quality of applications. Students who want to be considered for renewal must file a new application each year, and will be given equal consideration with other candidates.

Candidates for The Samuel L. Westerman Scholarship for Nursing must complete the application found below, and submit it with a letter of recommendation to the Nursing Department by March 1.

Applications will be reviewed by the office of Financial Aid in coordination with the Nursing Department. Recipients will be notified via email by March 23, and recognition will take place at the spring honors banquet on April 12. For more information, please contact jan.woodbeck@finlandia.edu.
