The BBA at Finlandia University is a 120 credit program. It offers concentrations in Accounting, International Business, Management, Sports Management, and Financial Services.

The curricula of the International School of Business include a general business program of course requirements and individual concentrations.  An important feature is the "culminating experience," an internship for students to receive hands-on experience in their area of concentration.  Finlandia University strives to incorporate both the academic and practitioner's approach to learning.

The purpose of the International School of Business is to help students find career opportunities by providing a solid foundation in areas such as human resources, marketing, management, finance, and technology. The business program prepares graduates to make an impact in small- to medium-sized business settings.
