Young Women’s Caucus for Art Hosts Annual Soup & Art Auction

On February 2, the Finlandia University chapter of the Young Women’s Caucus for Art will host their annual fundraiser, the Soup & Art Auction.

“No matter if you just buy a bowl for soup or bid on a piece, you’re helping us fundraise to go on our annual trip,” said Emma Mackey, President of the organization.

Fundraising event Saturday from 11:30 to 2 at Jutila Center

For Finlandia University’s International School of Art & Design this weekend’s big event isn’t taking place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, it’s taking place right in the Jutila Center as students, alumni, community members and employees are getting together for the annual Soup-A-Bowl.

Soup and Silent Art Auction Fundraiser by WYCA is Saturday

Event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Finnish American Heritage Center

Students from the Young Women’s Caucus for Art are hosting their annual Soup and Silent Art Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, November 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Finnish American Heritage Center.

It’s On Us Week of Action with Erin Barnett on Finlandia Fridays

This week Finlandia Fridays was visited by Dean of Students Erin Barnett to promote the campus wide It’s On Us campaign. It’s On Us is a national campaign that was started by former Vice President Joe Biden that raises awareness for sexual assault. Finlandia was awarded a grant from the Michigan State Police to advocate the campaign. Young Women’s Caucus for Art raising money for conference

The Young Women’s Caucus for Art at Finlandia University is hosting its annual Soup and Art Auction fundraiser Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Finnish American Heritage Center.
