Finlandia Nursing receives accreditation through 2032

Finlandia University Nursing is pleased to announce that its program has received national reaccreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The program offers two tracks, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Online RN-BSN Completion Track. The renewed accreditation was granted for 10 years, indicating that the program has consistently demonstrated quality and effective educational practices.

Finlandia College of Health Sciences announces plans for Towsley Foundation Grant

Since 1998, the Harry A. and Margaret D. Towsley Foundation has partnered with Finlandia University in providing instrumental funding toward technology and equipment. The Foundation’s most recent expression came as a five-year $220,000 grant to provide a robust, state-of-the-art healthcare education for FinnU College of Health Sciences students at their new facility.

FinnU Nursing ranked a top program in Michigan by Nursing Schools Almanac for second straight year

Finlandia University’s nursing program was ranked a top program in Michigan for the second year in a row by Nursing Schools Almanac. Nursing Schools Almanac evaluated over 3,000 schools on the institution’s academic prestige and perceived value, the breadth and depth of nursing programs offered, and student success, particularly on the NCLEX licensure examination. Finlandia University’s Online RN-BSN program has been named one of the 2020 – Best Online RN-BSN Programs in Michigan by Registered Nursing.
