Submissions asked for Second Tuesday Recital Series

The Second Tuesday Recital Series is set to return on Tuesday, October 11 at 12:30 in the Chapel of St. Matthew, and currently submissions are being accepted for performers.

This series is open to anyone who may wish to share a performing arts piece, such as: Music, Drama, Dance, Performance poetry/prose. The number of participants in a Second Tuesday Recital Series is only limited by the half-hour time slot.

Your performance piece must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to performance time, and must be approved by our music instructor, Soren Schmidt (soren.schmidt@finlandia.edu).

The events are open to all students, staff and community members to view and to perform. Music appreciation students are reminded that they must attend at least one of these performances.

Performance dates this semester:

• Tuesday, September 13
• Tuesday, October 11
• Tuesday, November 8
• Tuesday, December 6 (Note: This is the first Tuesday. Moved here due to finals week.)
