Maki Library update heading into 2016-17

The Sulo and Aileen Maki Library has new hours of operation for the 2016-17 academic year.

  • Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, 1-5 p.m.
  • Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The library will be open the weekend before Labor day, with Sunday hours being 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tutors will be available in the library from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Regan Antila will be tutoring on Tuesdays for English and psychology. Christopher Hatton will be tutoring on Thursdays for math, economics and business.

The new Maki Library website, finlandia.edu/library, now has online fillable forms for a variety of requests — Audiovisual equipment reservations, Group Study or Conference Room reservations, Interlibrary loan requests, Course Reservations and general comments/suggestions.

Students and staff are always welcome to call, e-mail or stop by with requests, comments or questions as well.
