ACADEMIC SUPPORT          New Student Orientation

All newly admitted Finlandia University students with 24 or fewer college credits (obtained post-high school graduation) are required to participate in the full New Student Orientation program and enroll in the one-credit course, UNS 115 – Sisu Seminar. Newly admitted transfer students with 25 or more college credits (obtained post-high school graduation) are expected to attend Transfer Student Orientation.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid Procedures Financial Aid Form (FAFSA)

Students seeking financial aid must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA application can be completed on-line at fafsa.ed.gov. Federal and/or state financial aid programs also use information provided by the FAFSA.

The FAFSA must be completed each year and should be submitted as soon after February 1 as possible for financial aid consideration the following academic year. Finlandia University must be listed on the FAFSA using Federal School Code 002322. [...]

For all part-time students (fewer than 12 credits), 2018-2019 academic year tuition is $740 per credit hour. For re-admit, or new full-time students (12-18 credits), 2018-2019 academic year tuition is $11,129 per semester ($22,258 yearly). Tuition for credits over 18 per semester is $740 per credit.
