St. Urho’s/St.Patrick’s Day Dance

Mark your calendar for the St. Urho’s/St.Patrick’s Day Dance – an old time Copper Country Dance!

Doors open at 6:30. The evening begins with a short performance by the Kivajat Dancers, followed by dancing with the Backroom Boys.  Special guest with will be Finnish television personality Antti Holma. The event is a fundraiser for the Kivajat Dancers! Additional details will be released closer to the event’s date!

Finnish TV personality attending Friday’s St. Urho’s/St. Patrick’s Day Dance

Finnish TV personality Antti Holma was looking to produce a show about Finnish-American culture, and he knew exactly where to go.

That’s why he and his film crew came to the Copper Country, and that’s why they’ll be at the St. Urho’s/St. Patrick’s Day Dance at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 17 at the Finnish American Heritage Center in Hancock.
