Heikinpäivä Cheese Making and Kantele Class
A pair of closing events for Heikinpäivä will take place on Monday, February 6 as event goers will get to dive into cheese making and five-string kantele!
2 & 6 p.m. — Leipäjuusto (squeaky cheese) making workshop with Joanna Chopp, Finnish American Heritage Center. $15 per person.
6 p.m. — 5-string kantele class with Kris Kyrö, Finnish American Heritage Center. $15 per person.
