The Institutional Effectiveness & Innovation (IEI) team is dedicated to developing our learning community’s transformational culture, empowered by data strategy and innovation to strengthen and maintain academic excellence, spiritual growth, and service for Finlandia University.
IEI is charged with developing the institution’s data culture and technological advances, supporting the needs of students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other key stakeholders. IEI will identify and support information needs through data strategy and innovation to support strategic planning, program review, and assessment.
