Biography
Steve has over 12 years of experience working in collegiate athletics, seven of them as assistant athletic director and head women's basketball coach at Finlandia. In 2004 he lead the Lions women's basketball team to a USCAA National Championship. Nordstrom is currently the coach of the Finlandia baseball team.
In 2007 he left Finlandia to take a position as the Director of Athletic Development at Michigan Tech, raising funding for the Huskies athletic programs and special projects. Steve earned his master's degree in Sports Leadership from Concordia University of Chicago. Steve's hobbies include being involved in youth sports, and spending time with his nine children.
