This year’s festival has its tori at the Finnish American Heritage Center and it will be open for business on Saturday, January 25 beginning at 10 a.m.
This year the tori is juried, and first priority will be given to Finnish and Nordic inspired items. You must register in advance. For information, or to register, call (906) 482-1413 or email email@example.com.
While browsing the tori, be sure to stop to enjoy the music. A variety of local Finnish-American acts will be performing during the day.
Vendors will be able to set up their tables on the afternoon of Friday, January 25, between 2 and 4 p.m., or beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the tori.
There will also be vendors at the First United Methodist Church in Hancock, only a short walk from the Heritage Center. Be sure to patronize both tori markets when you’re out celebrating Heikinpäivä!
