Show your sisu by taking a dive in the middle of winter. One of the most popular spectator events, and for many – particularly college students – a rite of passage for living in the Yoop.
The Polar Plunge is back after a several-year hiatus. The entry fee is $5 per diver, and all participants are strongly encouraged to wear something on their feet.
This year’s Plunge will take place on Quincy Green. There’ll be a swimming pool for the plunge, plus plenty of portable saunas and tents for those brave souls to change clothing and warm themselves!
