Finlandia Hall Housing Options:

Single room with private sink, shared toilet and shower with same gender suitemate – $125 weekly/$25 nightly, per occupant.
Double room with private sink, shared toilet and shower with same gender suitemates – $80 weekly/$20 nightly, per occupant.

$100 deposit due at time of reservation will be returned upon checkout, pending key return and room inspection.
All occupants receive a personal wifi code at check-in.
Linens can be provided for $5 for the duration of the stay.
Housekeeping service is not available.
Paid laundry facilities are available on the main floor.
Rooms are furnished with 2 twin extra long beds, 2 dressers,2 desks and 2 chairs.
Occupants will have access to lounges with common televisions, kitchenettes and a ping pong table.
Rooms do not have air conditioning, but each room has windows that open for airflow. Fans may be available.
Finlandia University is a dry campus. Occupants are prohibited from having alcohol in their residence, regardless of age. Occupants found in violation of this policy will have their housing agreement canceled without deposit refund.

Dining Services is available beginning June 7th, unless housing occupancy warrants opening earlier.

Monday-Friday meal plan, 15 meals a week – $100 a week
7 days a week meal plan, 19 meals a week – $120 a week
10 punch meal punch cards – $75

Gym pass to the Paavo Nurmi Fitness Center – $35 per month

Transportation Options:

Shuttle service to Houghton and Calumet is available and can be quoted.
