New internship opportunity for International Business majors

Finlandia BBA students majoring or minoring in International Business now have an opportunity for a summer internship through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s new International Trade and Development Internship program. The program matches highly motivated students to companies seeking assistance in developing their export sales. Local students looking forward to next FinnU Shark Day

Taking a spin on the hit TV show “Shark Tank”, Finlandia University held its inaugural FinnU Shark Day on Wednesday, March 9 with more than 60 high school students from L’anse, Baraga Area and Calumet in attendance. Students competed for the chance to win a $2,500 scholarship in the first event of its type on Finlandia’s campus.

You won’t be able to miss the new addition to the third floor of Hirvonen Hall, a 20-foot canvas painted by campus and community members.
