Finlandia University Safe Open Plan Update 9/28/20

The following is a campus-wide message from President Philip Johnson regarding Finlandia’s Covid-19 Safe Open Plan response.

FAB Giving Day Raises $19,085 for Safe Open

On Sept. 1, 2020, the Finlandia Alumni Board (FAB) Giving Day raised $19,085 to support Finlandia’s Safe Open efforts. In total, 69 donors gave during the 24 hour Giving Day and in the days following in support of baseline testing, personal protective equipment and safety upgrades for the campus.

Nine Ways to Stay Safe This Semester

FinnU to offer multiple learning modalities with focus on in-person and livestream learning

New Student Orientation Goes Virtual

Finlandia is excited to deliver our New Student Orientation (NSO) content in a self-paced, online platform this year. Students will complete four modules in Canvas that will feature videos and quizzes. Each module will highlight different resources on campus and go over important information for the transition to and success at Finlandia University. Finlandia Prepares for Fall 2020
