Dan Weldon (‘17) is an ambitious man. As a Regulatory Controls Manager at J.P. Morgan in Chicago, he is showing that a degree in sociology can be beneficial in the business world.

Adam Huey (’07) Leading the Pride at Siemens in California

Finlandia’s alumni podcast Leading the Pride is back this month with Adam Huey (’07). Huey, who is originally from Folsom, Calif. and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, now serves as a Senior Commercial Project Manager for Siemens. Siemens is a multi-national and multi-billion dollar organization that specializes in electrification, digitization and automation. New Finlandia Alumni Directory allows Finlandia/Suomi alumni to reconnect

Finlandia alumni now have the opportunity to connect with former classmates, current students and other alumni across the country thanks to the new Finlandia Alumni Directory. The directory comes as a result of the 2018 Alumni Engagement survey.

Olivia Myers takes leading role with alumni efforts

Alumni of Finlandia University are set to see a major upgrade in alumni services as the university has welcomed Olivia Myers to the role of Coordinator of External Affairs. Myers is the lead contact for all alumni relations efforts, is assisting with fundraising activities and is the coordinator of the Jutila Center.

The Finlandia Alumni Board (FAB) is accepting nominations for new members. Interested alumni can self-nominate by emailing Olivia Myers at olivia.myers@finlandia.edu with their name and a few sentences of why they would like to be involved by September 17.
