All student accounts must be settled by 4:30 p.m. on the final day of each semester's drop/add period. The Fall 2012 final drop/add date is September 4, 2012; the Spring 2013 final drop/add date is January 15, 2013. Students whose accounts are not settled and complete on these dates may be dropped from all classes and dismissed from the university.
Students with an outstanding account balance from a prior semester cannot re-enroll unless the account is settled in full prior to registering for courses, or approval is received from the Director of Student Accounts. Upon final departure from Finlandia University, any outstanding balances must be paid in full, including all library, parking, and disciplinary fines, and all other charges, before a diploma is issued or any transcripts, including official and unofficial, are released.
