Office of Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs
The Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs is is Finlandia University's chief academic officer, whose most important duties are oversight of the academic dimensions of the university and to ensure the university's academic standards. In cooperation with the president and the Academic Deans, the VP of Academic for Academic and Student Affairs provides leadership in the development, review, and administration of policies and goals regarding instruction and faculty development.
The VP for Academic and Student Affairs works closely with the president to develop university priorities and administer program budget and faculty personnel policies and also serves as a representative of the president and in place of the president during his absence.
