BFA Diploma Works Exhibition opens Saturday

The 2018 International School of Art & Design graduating seniors are Zong Deng (Graphic Design), Levi Grannis (Intermedia), Olivia Leukuma (Graphic Design), Taylor Ruotsala (Fiber and Fashion Design), Hannah Scott (Graphic Design), Mark Siminski (Graphic Design), Abigail Tembreull (Intermedia), William Thompson (Ceramics), Clancy Tunstall (Graphic Design) and Sara Williams (Intermedia).

Art & Design seniors prepare for Diploma Works Exhibition

Zong Deng, a graphic design major at Finlandia University, prepares for the Diploma Works Exhibition at Finlandia University Gallery. The exhibit opens Saturday, April 28.

Finlandia University’s International School of Art & Design (ISAD) 2018 Bachelor of Fine Arts Diploma Works Exhibition is featured from April 28 to May 31, 2018, at the Finlandia University Gallery. The Finlandia University Gallery is located in the Finnish American Heritage Center in Hancock.

Soup and Silent Art Auction Fundraiser by WYCA is Saturday

Event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Finnish American Heritage Center

Students from the Young Women’s Caucus for Art are hosting their annual Soup and Silent Art Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, November 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Finnish American Heritage Center.

Dining Services eager for 2017-18 academic year

Tim Nakkula is back at the helm for Finlandia University Dining Services, moving back into the role of director during the summer break. In addition to Nakkula’s move, the department also welcomes new cook Tom Goldstein, food service workers Avery Neal and Terrance Fuller, and cashiers Ashley Nakkula, Kendra Baril and Clancy Tunstall.
