Once again, Ponsse and Finlandia University are pleased to announce an internship position for a Finlandia University student at Ponsse North America in Rhinelander, Wisconsin (approximately two weeks) and Ponsse Plc headquarters in Vieremä, Finland (approximately three weeks). This paid internship will enable the student to learn first-hand about Ponsse, its operations, and the forest industry both here in the USA and in Finland.

“This internship is a great opportunity for a student majoring in marketing, international business or management,” said Kevin Manninen, dean of the International School of Business. “We want to thank Ponsse and the Einari Vidgrén Foundation for making this unique and exciting opportunity possible.”

The internship is available to all International School of Business students, as well as majors from other areas of campus. It is only open to Finlandia students. Previous interns were Micah Laban and Sara Martin.  Laban currently works in marketing for Ponsse North America in Rhinelander, while Martin will be graduating with a degree in International Business today.

Deadline for applying was January 30.
