TRIO Pre-College Programs, comprised of TRIO Talent Search and TRIO Upward Bound, are community based programs proudly hosted on the campus of Finlandia University and 100% grant funded by the US Department of Education. TRIO Talent Search serves 729 students in Baraga, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw and Ontonagon counties. TRIO Upward Bound serves 84 students in Baraga, Houghton & Keweenaw counties.
