Prospective tenants are offered their choice of available suites, ranging in size from 140 to 1400 square feet, all at attractive rental rates.  Leases are all-inclusive, covering heat, lights, high speed internet, email, and phone services.  Suites are available on 5 floors and many overlook a beautiful view of the Portage Waterway.

Conference Rooms

The Jutila Center has conference rooms of various sizes and configurations available for use to both tenants and the community.  The rooms are free of charge for business meetings of tenants. All other uses by tenants or by outside groups will be charged.
