Jeanne Tikkanen, BSN, RN

Teaching and Interests: Ms. Tikkanen currently teaches in the nursing skills lab and long term care at the sophomore level and community and LTC settings at the senior level.

Education: Ms. Tikkanen earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) from Northern Michigan University in 1987.

Professional Experience: Ms. Tikkanen's clinical experiences include Medical-Surgical, obstetrics, emergency department, pediatrics, newborn nursery, cardiac care, geriatrics, community health, diabetes outreach, outpatient clinic, OBRA coordinator, quality assurance, home health, and hospice care.  

Professional Development: Certifications include BCLS.
