"Meet Finlandia Day" Is Friday, October 28

HANCOCK, MI - Are you or a family member thinking about attending Finlandia University?

You are invited to "Meet Finlandia Day," Friday, October 28, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Finnish American Heritage Center, Hancock. The free event is for everyone interested in learning more about studying at Finlandia University.

The day's activities begin at 10:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast and greetings from Finlandia University president Philip Johnson.

Additional "Meet Finlandia Day" activities include campus and area tours, lunch in the cafeteria, and opportunities to talk with Finlandia faculty, staff, and students. Those traveling from out of town are invited to spend Thursday night, October 27, in the residence hall, Finlandia Hall.
