Friday Evening Finnish Folk Dancing at Finlandia

HANCOCK, MI -Finlandia University will host free Finnish Folk Dancing and lessons from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on selected Friday evenings in January and February.

The first dance, on Friday, January 21, features special Heikinpäivä-themed dance lessons, and will take place at Finlandia Hall, the university's residence hall on Summit Street, Hancock.

On February 4, 11, 18, and 25, the Finnish Folk Dances will take place at the Finnish American Heritage Center, Hancock.

The dances and lessons are sponsored by the Finlandia University Campus Enrichment Committee.
