All new, incoming, first-time Stafford Loan borrowers or transfer students who will be attending Finlandia University are required to complete loan counseling in order to receive a Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized loan. 

Students can complete this by going to one of the links listed below.  All first-time loan borrowers will receive Entrance Loan Counseling information in their financial aid packets which will contain additional instructions regarding this process.
